Payment and Payment Confirmation
  • For bank deposits, and Gcash payments, kindly sent proof of payment to cacatoesph@meaningfulph.com with the subject 'Order Number + Payment'
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for your payment to be verified.

Order Processing and Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours AFTER payment verification.
  • For any order concerns or edits, kindly email cacatoesph@meaningfulph.com, with the subject "Order Number + Concern/Edit"
  • All local orders will be shipped via Courier Express, with a shipping time of 5-7 working days for Metro Manila addresses and 7-10 working days for outside Metro Manila addresses.
  • Once order has been shipped, you will receive an email or a text message from our system with the tracking details. You may track your order at https://www.courierexpressph.com/.
  • For order pick-ups, kindly wait for the confirmation email from our store that your order is ready. Pick up address is at Cabanna Living, R2 Powerplant Mall, Rockwell Makati. Please provide your order number for a faster transaction in our store.

Local Shipping Rates

  • CACATOÈS ships nationwide with a flat rate fee of Php300.00.

International Shipping and Rates

  • CACATOÈS Asia can only ship to ASIAN countries.
  • International orders will be sent a separate invoice for the shipping quote.
  • International orders will only be shipped once shipping fee has been made.

Refunds and Order Cancellations

  • Refund requests are subject to CACATOÈS' management approval.
  • Refunds are processed once a week, every Monday.
  • For refund requests, kindly send us an email at cacatoesph@meaningfulph.com with the subject 'Order Number + Refund'
  • All unpaid orders will be cancelled in 48 hours, and ordered item will be put back for sale.
